Thank you so much for your help with my bridesmaids dresses. The assistance was brilliant (hence why I came to you to buy the dresses and did not buy them from Scotland where we live!) I was always kept up to date on the progress of the dresses as well as being given the opportunity to twice send the dresses back and order other sizes. When she was aware of my previous mishap and rendered it 'unfixable', she personally took me upstairs and recommended a new dress.
