I had a amazing experience here. People in the staff very helpful. Katrin was my seamstress. She just hemmed me for my new wedding dress and I am getting married on August 6 I am very excited but the help year was just delightful and and everyone was so helpful and I am very appreciative. I wanted to thank you so very much for the beautiful dress I purchased from you this past summer from the Etobicoke store! Everyone who assisted me with my dress were extremely kind and helpful, especially the seamstress who helped me with my fitting! I am so glad that I found your website online, and I recommend you to everyone! I just wanted to share some photos from my special day, which took place August 7th 2009 in Victoria BC, and also from my trash the dress sesh that took place the following day (thats right! I got to wear my dress twice!) My dress was from the Mori Lee collection, style 6305.

I would like to say how much I enjoyed using your company to order my bridesmaids dresses from.
From the first contact I had immediate responses from you with answers to my enquiries regarding sizes, colour, cost delivery- everything was answered that day or the day after due to the time difference.
When I called the shop I got a very good response as well- cannot fault anything about the ordering process.
Very straight forward and easy to do as you supported me and helped me with all my enquiries.
I was kept in contact the whole time waiting for my dresses so there was no worry that they were not going to be here on time - which is a bit of a concern when I order something from the internet and especially something so important but I felt very confident I had chosen the best company to buy them from.
When the dresses came I was delighted with them! They were absolutely perfectly made and even more lovely than in the picture! They were slightly crushed as I had 2 dresses in a small box but the creases fell out overnight and the dresses were stunning. My bridesmaids loved them and looked absolutely beautiful on our day
I was so proud of them and everyone commented at how beautiful they looked. You can see in the pictures just how lovely they were.
It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Olga throughout my order and she could not have been more helpful and more prompt at replying to my emails and enquiries. I'm not sure who I spoke to on the phone but they were helpful too.
Overall I experienced an absolute delightful customer service and excellent quality of dresses and made our wedding day just that extra bit special

Shopping at BfB is a wonderful experience, and be prepared to spend here close to three hours trying on those wonderful dresses.
